They let you in you get this little piece of paper you write your name on. Each chair at the cocktail tables and the couches at the booths have these little clips on them. You just put your paper in the clip and you've got that seat. Easy as that. The booths sit five and the cocktail tables sit four.
Actually if you eat dinner in Yoshis sushi resturant you can pick out your seats befor they open the doors. That can be an option if you all are into sushi; it's kind of pricy though.
That's pretty sweet, no jazz clubs (or should I say "neither" jazz club) in the Cities does that. Is anyone going to the late shows? I was planning to drool solo, but if any HOD'ers were going to the late show and had a spare chair, I'd be honored to hang wit'cha...

When the live Jing Chi CD came out I believe Derek said he'd seen every night and, of course, the good stuff wasn't released.
That kind of fucking travesty can't be allowed to happen twice! Vinnie plays so seldom live anymore that these historical moments, and I mean every goddamned note of every last one of them, need to be preserved by industrious clever bootleggers who must certainly count amongst our ranks, certainly at least one member of that rabid mob that's threatening to attend. yeah, the Jing Chi live was none of the good nights. I don't know why they picked those.

I have a recording of Friday nights 1st set, when Jing Chi was at Yoshis last time in 03'. When the live CD came out I was blown away that they didn't use any of the tracks from that set, because the playing is 10 times better! Send me an email if any of you are interested in a trade!

No indecent proposition here guys,i know how twisted drummer's minds can be( [img]biggrin.gif[/img] ),just that i'm having a hard time finding a cheap hotel room for two nights,and since you've already booked yours i thought that would reduce the price if we split the whole amount 2 ways.
